Warranty

Security100.com provides manufacturer’s warranty only. Our Manufacturer provides 12 months of limited warranty for material and workmanship defects. Damages due to misuse are not covered. Batteries are not covered. Warranties are not given if the product has been alter, modified, or tampered with by any party. During the period of warranty, with the Manufacturer discretion, the Manufacture would repair, replace, your product without charges of labors or parts. Bill of sale or proof of purchase is required for any claim. You must contact Security100.com for a RA number (Return Authorization Number) before submitting any claim for warranties. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with getting the unit back to Security100.com. Security100.com pays for the shipping costs to ship the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. Security100.com is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to use of our product in any circumstances. Shipping Policy

All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders are shipped Via USPS on a daily basis within the states. With tracking systems you will know exactly where your order is from the time it leaves until it arrives at your home or business. Return for Refund

A 100% refund will only be given within 30 days from receipt of order. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Free shipping & Handling will be deducted from the refund:

• Must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return instruction from us before shipping the returned items. • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. • Return product must be in new, undamaged, unused, resalable condition and included all packaging materials, instruction manual, battery and misc. • You must pay any return shipping expense • Display the RA# in front and below the address line. • In case of wrong parts ordered, a 20% restocking fee will be apply.

Unacceptable & Non refundable items:

• Items listed as “Final sales items” will not be accepted for refund • Model DM150 • Product which has been installed, connected to power, programmed or modified in any way is not refunable. • No refund will be accepted after 30 days. • Without an Return Authorization number (RA#) • If over 30 days, the product fails to perform, you may return it for warranty service.
